The associate was friendly and I thought he knew at least something about parts considering he is employed at a parts house. Long story short he did not, I was extremely upset. To top it all off the next day I went to return the item I purchased, I spoke to the MOD who showed absolutely no concern whatsoever, his reply was we aren't mechanics. I didn't ask you to repair my vehicle, I asked about a part and in my opinion if you work in a parts store you should have some knowledge with auto parts. This is not my first experience with under qualified employees, last year one of your employees at the same location couldn't even tell me what kind of oil my Honda took. I will not return to this location. The employees at auto zone are far more helpful, friendly, and courteous. I will be contacting corporate regarding the entire experience. Feedback: Nothing left to say. I will explain my experience in its entirety when I speak with your corporate office. I myself am in customer service management and I would never present myself in such an unprofessional manner.

Stopped by the store Sunday, 11/15/2015 at 3:38 p.m. . A young man asked how he could help, explained my car might need a new battery. He suggested doing a battery test first. The battery test was positive then he recommended a full system check. All systems were good. The young man was Jim. Exceptional manners with good customer service skills and knowledge of his job. An asset to the company.

Manager was extremely helpful in ordering a part not currently in stock as well as in helping me understand the challenges in installing this part on my specific car model. He also offered me the use of his tool cart so I could do the repair on site at his location. Both people I spoke to on the phone took considerable time to get me the comprehensive information I needed about several different issues and I did not feel like I was being rushed to get of the line. 5 stars for these guys and their patient efforts.
